Abstract
The study was conducted to determine the effect of the level of giving turi leaf flour in the ration on the external and internal quality of laying hens eggs. This research was carried out in Taman Sari Village, Gunung Sari Sub district, West Lombok Regency which was carried out for two months, starting from May to July 2018 and continued with external quality and internal egg testing at the Animal Husbandry Product Processing Technology Laboratory (TPHT) of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry University of Mataram. This study used patelur chickens aged 36 weeks as many as 60 birds and used a variant analysis on the basis of Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments consisting of 3 replications and each replication consisting of 5 chickens. Treatment given P0 (0%); P1 (3%); P2 (5%); P3 (7%). From the results of the study it can be concluded that the administration of turi leaf flour in the ration gave no significant different effect on the external quality and internal quality of laying hens eggs.
