Abstract

Abstract- The research about "Designing Build a Mobile Application of Registration Services and Outpatient Queue Proses in the Grha Ultima Medika Hospital Mataram based Android" is motivated by the hospital’s needs to streamline both the registration service and queuing process for patients and nurses. The purpose of this research is to develop a mobile application that helps patients to register anytime and anywhere they want to avoid long queue and also helps nurses to manage the registration’s data of queue patients. This mobile application system for both patients and nurses is developed by using ionic framework for the android platform with main features are outpatient list and scanbarcode. While, website system for hospital’s nurses is using codeigniter as its framework with management of outpatient’s data as the main feature. This system was developed through seven stages i.e data collections, analize of system requirement, designs system, coding, system testing, evaluations and documentations. Research’s result using black box showed that the system was working appropriate with its function and the result of quisoner test showed the average of responden’s rating about the system in precentage is 39% agree and 61% well agree. Thus, it showed that the system can helps both patient and nurse in doing registration outpatient process.
