Helminthiasis is an infectious disease caused by parasitic worms. The soil transmitted helminths are often infect human being. One of them is the intestinal nemathode. Helminthiasis infect most elementary school children, due to lack of knowledge in maintaining personal hygiene. The purpose of this research were to study, identify and determine the prevalence of STH in elementary school children of Kabul village. The number of samples was calculated by the Slovin formula, the samples were collected by random sampling, and examination of samples were using floatation and sedimentation methods. The research data were descriptive analysis from the identification and prevalence calculation of worm eggs. The identification carried out on 124 samples obtained 11 species of worms, 5 species of STH worms (Ascaris lumricoides, Trichuris trichiura, Strongyloides sp., Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus), 2 species of non STH groups (Enterobius vermicularis, Hymenolepis nana) and 4 species of the an identified worm. The prevalence of STH infection for all elementary school children in Kabul Village is 7.57%. The highest prevalence is in Pampang elementary school at 18.75%.
