Abstract

Tourism is one of the sector that plays an important role in achieving business development targets. To support the smoothness required cooperation by various fields, one of which is the support of tours and travel services. In serving customers on a tours and travel urgently need excellent service, to achieve customer satisfaction. The purpose of this assignment to increase the student knowledge insight abaout how a staff ticketing to service excellent for guests, example a staff always gives smile friendly, always say welcome with a name guests, the presents the excellent service measures to improve customer satisfaction to PT. AnjaniPersadaWisata T&T.
