Abstract
This worked of paper titled “the importance of Product knowledge for waiter/s at Bayan Kafe in the hotel Santika Mataram, to this worked of paper writing on subject of the Restaurant product and the importance of the knowledge of product in the Restaurant, in addition to serving guest well a waiter/s also has to be a marketable marketer to improve the sales of Restaurant product. The Knowledge of Product is an importance thing to communicate by the marketers in giving instruction on the product that are offered to consumers,the various promotion that marketers do to offer education to consumers especially in showing the quality of the product in comparison with the competitors.
