Abstract
This research aimsat finding out the kinds of problems in classroom management faced by English internship teaching practice students of FKIP UNRAM and how they cope with those difficulties. The subjects are students of English department who conducted internship teaching practice at senior high schools which implementK13. There were 11 students of English department that who answered questionnaires and interviewed. The findings showedfive problems relating to classroom management, they were low, medium and high category of difficulties. The percentage of the highest category in this research is the difficulties in grouping and arranging seating arrangements (65%)and the lowestcategory is the difficulties in using media and teaching technique (49.6%).Then, in general, how they manage the difficulties in the classroomareplaying games, doing personal conversation, and trying to be patient. Every suggestion from participant how to manage the difficulties in classroom management in general are learning and looking for how to manage the classroom appropriately, making interested method in teaching, making rules, doing personal conversation to students, and trying to be patient.
