Abstract
This study aims to determine the potential of the waste digestive organs of broilers quantitatively and qualitatively . This study was conducted in September until Oktober 2013 Mataram City area locations , laboratory and Nutrition Sciences Faculty of Animal Husbandry and laboratory University of Mataram Analytical Chemistry Faculty MIPA University of Mataram. Observed variables is a potential waste of Broiler Chickens digestive organs in terms of quantity indicates that the number of cutting chickens in the city of Mataram are 18 people with the number of chickens slaughtered as many as 3200 birds per day with weight, 6296.436 Kg , and the waste digestive organs diproleh as many as 59.816 kg per day . While the potential in terms of the quality of the waste digestive organs of broilers this diproleh laboratory analyzed the nutritional content by an average of 4.55 percent moisture , 9.48 percent ash , 0.19 percent crude fiber , 23.00 percent crude fat , 62.24 percent crude protein , 0.036 percent calcium and 0.14 percent pospor. Data potential waste from the digestive organs of broilers in terms of quantity and quality were analyzed with descriptive analysis .
