Abstract

This study aims to determine the processes of making salted eggs, markting and marketing channel, as well as income of the salted egg entrepreneur in mataram. The mothod used in this study is a survey method with direct interview to six salted egg entrepreneurs in the city of Mataram who were taken by simple random sampling method. The data collected from in the interviews is explained in descriptive and is and is analyzeand using the numeric digit revenue formulas, Break Even Point and business efficiency. The results shows insignificant progress in the process of marketing salted eggs in mataram although few entrepreneurs have made innovations in the process of making salted eggs. However, it could be an indicator of progress income of a business in the future. The results of the study also show that the average income business of making salted eggs in mataram is Rp 130,197,100 per year. Meanwhile, Break Even Point (BEP) for the price of salted egg production business in mataram Rp 1,864 and Break Even Poin of products in mataram average is 71.268 eggs / year. in terms of business efficiency, salted regg business run in mataram is relatively favorable. This is indicated by the average afficiency number is more the one.
