Abstract

This research aimed at finding out the effect of dung made to be an organic fertilizer toward disgesting in vitro DM and OMBrachiaria hybrid cv. Mulato I. This research was conducted in Lingsar, West Lombok And Laboratory of Animal Feeds an Nutrition at Mataram University from March to August 2014. The method used in this research was Complete Random Design or CRD with 5 treatments and 3 repeatation. The treatments consisted of control: without fertilizer, P1: urea ferlizer (115.6 gr/shed), P2: cow organic fertilizer 1 (4 kg/shed), P3: horse organic fertilizer (7.5 kg/shed), P4: chiken organic fertilizer (2 kg/shed). The result of the research showed that giving unorganic fertilizer (urea) and organic (fesces’ materials based) some kinds of livestocks had real effect (P< 0.01) toward in vitro disgestion of dry and organic materials Brachiaria hybrid cv. Mulato I. The result of Duncan’s doble spaces test showed that P1, P4, and P2 dry materials disgestion were highly different (P< 0.01). While P0 and P3 were not different (P>0.01). The disgesting of organic materials P0, P1, P2,P3 and P4 showed very real difference (P<0.01).
