Abstract

This research is motivated by the still many elementary school students who find it difficult to understand mathematics subjects, due to the lack of teachers' ability to teach mathematics so that learning becomes less effective. This type of research is an experimental research that aims to determine the effect of collaboration on realistic mathematics learning with flashcard media on integer material on the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 1 Tamansari in the academic year 2017/2018.This research design uses a quasi experimental design type of nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling nonprobability sampling type. The population and sample in this study were all students in class V/B as the experimental class and students in class V/A as the control class. The results showed that the average value (post-test) of the mathematics learning outcomes of the V/B class students by implementing realistic mathematics learning collaboration with flashcard media was 71,29. While the average score (post-test) of mathematics learning outcomes for students in class V/A by applying the lecture method, assignment, and question and answer are 53.47.So, there are significant differences between students' mathematics learning outcomes that apply realistic mathematics learning collaboration with flashcard media compared to those that only apply the lecture method, assignment, and question and answer. Mathematics learning outcomes data were analyzed using the polled variance t-test, obtained by thitung> ttabel (7,794 > 2,0126) at a 95% confidence level.So it can be concluded that there is a collaborative influence of realistic mathematics learning with flashcard media on integer material on the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 1 Tamansari in the academic year 2017/2018.
