Abstract
English language is global language which is widely used in the era of globalization. The used of English language are in many aspects, such as medial health especially in nursing program. English is important to be learned by nurse learner for communicate in professionals nursing to provide better quality nursing service. The materials used in nursing program in Health College YarsiMataram is refers from the Indonesia curriculum government, KKNI .The data was collected by analyzing the documents of English materials and distributed the questionnaire in order to find the learners needs of learning English language skills. An interviewed was conducted to support the data. The material used in nursing program is suitable with the KKNIlevel 6 and Semester Plan of Health College YarsiMataram. The needs of English language skill of nurse learners is highly interest speaking which is accordance with the learning outcomes of English language program in Heath College YarsiMataram. Furthermore, English teacher should modify the way in presented the materials in relation with the nurse background ability
