Abstract
Abstract- Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) provides TPS spread throughout Mataram city. However, not all people have the awareness to dump the garbage directly into the garbage bin. The information about TPS location is also still not directly accessible by the public. The waterfall model is a classical model used in this development life cycle to create a system with a linear and sequential approach. The application can access by the public using an android mobile phone. This application provides access to the location of garbage bin using geocoding and google maps API. Web application using CodeIgniter framework, DLH can receive complaints directly from the public. Based on black-box testing the system has been done well, while the testing using the MOS method shows that the average rating of respondents is 90%.
