Abstract
Potential horticultural crops (vegetable 's ) in Mataram has an area of harvest area of 23 682 hectares and total production amounted to 314 589 tonnes, making the city of Mataram as one of the centers providers plants Korapleksitas , the relationship of these factors in the farming builds a thought, so it can be decided by farmers about certain types of horticultural farming which are the choices of various alternatives. This study aims to: (1). Assessing the financing structure of farming Horticulture (Vegetable an ) consisting of cucumber, long beans, eggplant and mustard in Mataram. (2) Assessing the structure of a Horticultural Farming Workforce (vegetables and vegetables)) consisting of cucumbers, string beans, eggplant and mustard greens in the city of Mataram. (3) Assess the structure of farm income levels Horticulture (Vegetable an ) consisting of cucumber, long beans, eggplant and mustard in Mataram . (4) Analyzing P e rioritas farming Horticulture (Vegetable an ) among cucumber, long beans, eggplant and mustard in Mataram , the distribution of the number of samples in the land of farmer groups each group of farmers, so that all farmers sample of 40 people. The results showed that: Of the four types of farming studied, the highest total cost was eggplant. Labor absorption in eggplant plants has the highest 4.47 HKO per acre among the four crop types. Average revenue held on commodity crops of beans had an average income of tar is Rp 682,086.78 per acre . Perioritas Selection of Vegetable Farming in Mataram is in the Long Bean plant because it has the highest weight value, with a weight of 0.279. The value of the Inconsistency ratio on these criteria is 0.08 which indicates that the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) can be accepted because the Inconsistency ratio value is less than 0.10.
