Abstract

Katon weir is located in Lengarak village, Langko Village, Janapria District, Central Lombok Regency and the total area of the paddy fields that watered is 1885 ha. Water availability at the Katon Weir often experiences shortages, causing problems for water users, including farmers. The problem that is often experienced by farmers is when they enter the change of the dry planting season, which often results in water shortages. thus causing poor agricultural yields for farmers. In this research, it was enforced by three stages, the first is determining the research location, then the second stage is preparing the data, collecting data, and the third stage is analyzing the data that had been obtained. For the water supply system according to the available discharge or K factor, four water supply systems are used, namely K1 continuously, K2 in tertiary rotation, K3 in secondary rotation, K4 in primary rotation. The water demand to irrigate agricultural land shows that the need maksimum paddys for Intake water 3310,072 liters/second and Crop planed 1935,61 liters/second. Then the availability of water obtained the available flowrate for Q80% is 582,30 liters/second, Q50% is 1135,00 liters/second, and Q20% is 3231,50 liters/second. From the results of the water balance analysis, the provision water demand is carried out with 4 criteria for providing irrigation water according to the K factor of discharge availability, namely for Q80%, K1 for 2 times, then K2 isn’t available, K3 for 1 times, and K4 is 21 times. Then for Q50%, K1 was 4 times, then K2 for 1 times, K3 was 4 times, K4 was 15 times. Then for Q20%, K1 11 times, then K2 2 time, K3 isn’t available, K4 11 times. From the results of the water balance calculations it can be concluded that the need for irrigation water is still experiencing a lot of water deficits.
