Abstract

User centered design (UCD) is a approach which actively involve active user into the development and design process. This study is use the UCD approach to design a Giza online mentoring platform for UX design course in Indonesia. The process included user research for build the empathize, design a prototype and usability testing the mentoring platform for validate the solution which based in user centered approach.
