Abstract

ABSTRACT The Scientific paper is entitled “Role the tray to helping work operations waiter/waitress in The Chandi Boutique Resort lombok. The purpose of writing a scientific paper is to determine role the tray to helping work operations waiter/waitress in The Chandi Boutique Resort lombok. Application to do made in the role the tray to helping work operations by theory and other literature is to see how far the meaning of tray to helping work operations a waiter/waitress on service and serve the foods and drinks to the guest. The writer could developed role the tray to helping work operations waiter/waitress based on situation and conditions that occur during work operations in The Chandi Boutique Resort lombok. But in reality is still a waiter/waitress in The Chandi Boutique Resort not using tray on work operasional on serve drink and food. Based on with situation and conditions that occur will describe some stuff from result of observation during on the job training in The Chandi Boutique like this: 1. Oftenly a waiter/waiterss not using tray on serve food and drink 2. A waiter/waitress not bring the tray like unusual 3. A waiter/waitress oftenly not working with Procedure Operations Standard 4. Oftenly a waiter/waitresss play with tray on serving According of describe in above and result of observation writer during to do on the job training,so writerwill give some solution and problem solving for what the problem that find during activities. For that a waiter/waitress must be working with Procedure Operation Standard for working be suitable and satisfaction like we want to be. Then a waiter/waitress must always use tray on serve food and restaurant or room service. And use tray as how as tray using for make it easy our working and make waiter/waitress be more professional on working. And most important is must be good attitude, friendly and smiling from heart on every service.
