Abstract
This study aims to determine the efforts made by Indonesia in improving nation branding in Azerbaijan through cultural diplomacy. This study uses the concept of cultural diplomacy and the concept of nation branding. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study is primary data. The data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies and documentation through journals, official documents obtained through official websites of organizations or official government websites, as well as articles from international news portals. The data analysis technique in this study uses analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman, namely the data collection stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage and the conclusion drawing stage. The results of this study show that the efforts made by Indonesia through cultural diplomacy can improve the image of Indonesia in Azerbaijan through one form of cultural diplomacy, namely the exhibition or exhibition of the Indonesia Cultural festival held in Azerbaijan.
