Abstract

PT.PLN Persero Indonesia have released for every consumer of electricity have to have KWH meter for every home. But the fact in West Nusa Tenggara specially at kos-kosan (house for rent) we still found one KWH meter used for a few consumer of different electricity. This matter generate a little difficulty in arranging dispassionately payment of electrics because one KWH will be accounted by some consumer of electrics. This research aim to to try to assist some consumer of electricity which still use one KWH Meter in determining the amount of payment of electrics as according to energy which have each of them used. Comptroller usage of this electricity use Module of Arduino Mega2560 as data-processing center which later lcd 16x2 weared as face at this appliance will present the rest of pulsa which have used in set of rupiah. Appearance of Pulsa in set of this rupiah aim to to be designed this can be understood by all society circle. Because at KWH Meter which now circulate LCD will present energy with set of KWH. With set of this KWH of course only circle understanding electrics which can comprehend what intend from presented number. Measurement method that used by measuring big of tension and current emiting a stream of burden which later will be process by Module of Arduino Mega2560 so that yield energy with set of KWH which have used and then calibrated at the price of per- KWH which have been determined.
