Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kontrak kerjasama konsinyasi penerbit buku PT. Tiga Serangkai Dengan Toko Buku Airlangga Mataram dan penyelesaian masalah jika terjadi wanprestasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan normatif dan empiris, dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara dan kemudian data yang diperoleh dikaji dan dianalisa menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kontrak kerjasama konsinyasi Toko Buku Airlangga dengan Supplier / Penerbit PT. Tiga Serangkai Cabang Mataram adalah kontrak bernama yang mana dalam pelaksanaan kontrak ini terdapat karakteristik perjanjian penitipan, perjanjian jual beli, perjanjian keagenan dan perjanjian distributor. Kata Kunci : Kontrak Kerjasama, Konsinyasi. THE CONSIGNMENT COOPERATION AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTATION BETWEEN PT. TIGA SERANGKAI AND AIRLANGGA BOOKSTORE ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the consignment cooperation contract of book publishers between PT. Tiga Serangkai and Airlangga Bookstore of Mataram and the solution its problem if happened default.. The method used in this research is using normative and empirical approach, the data collection technique is interview, and then examined the data obtained and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis so that it can answer the problem. Base on the results of this result concluded that, the consignment cooperation contract between Airlangga Bookstore and Supplier/Publisher (PT. Tiga Serangkai branch Mataram) is called the usual contract where the implementation of contract there are the characteristics of custody agreements, purchase agreements, agreements agency and distributorship agreements.
