Abstract

Nowadays, literature is an important subject to be studied since it reflects every single aspect of human life such as happiness, kindness, sadness, truth, justice, respect, courage, faith, and other urgent elements. Every action and desire of an actor must have an acceptable reason. As in the Freedom Writers the movie, all of the main figure or character in this movie always reflect to educational,conflict,students character, and empowering the students that is acceptable to the audience in general. it is very good to do an analysis of the conflict in it. This research aims to describe how the conflict in Freedom Writers The movie can give an impact to the students learning process. This research is Qualitative Research. Sources of data in this study are the entire contents of Freedom Writer The movie which concerns in conflict that change students learning process. The primary data in this research is dialogue or utterances between characters in the form of words, and the secondary data is visual evidence (picture). The techniques used in data collection are the documentation methods and the content analysis method using data analysis as an analysis technique. The expected outcome of this research is that there is a clear description of how the conflict can change the students learning process, in Freedom Writer The movie.
