Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) a study of how Strategic Collaboration, business value and business performance in Industry of Dry Tobacco Leaf in Nusa Tenggara Barat; (2) the results of the influence analyses of Strategic Collaboration to business value; (3) the results of the influence analysis of business value to business performance; (4) the results of the influence analysis of Strategic Collaboration to business performance, both directly or indirectly through a business value.This study used the economy approach, especially of management science with a focus on the management strategy field. This research is descriptive and verification where descriptive research aims to gain an overview of Strategic Collaboration influenced on business value and business performance impact. The collecting technic data used a questionnaire and observation.Based on the analysis showed that (1) Strategic Collaboration categorized as strong, Bussiness Value on company dealing in industry of dried tobacco leaves were already relatively high and the Business Performance relatively low; (2) Strategic Collaboration positively and significantly impact on business value. The better Strategic Collaboration make business value of dried tobacco leaf industry better; (3) Business value had a positive impact on business performance, but the effect was not so significant. This means that business value has not been able to give a good contribution to business performance;(4) Strategic Collaboration positive and significant effect on business performance. When the strategic relationship has been applied in accordance with the expected goals and procedures then it will give a good effect on business performance; Strategic Collaboration indirect effect on business performance through business value. This means that the better implementation of the Strategic Collaboration will increase business value that will have an impact on improving business performance.
