Data analysis was done with ethnographic analysis. The results show that the majority of teachers made use of the three pedagogic parameters in teaching processes. The study also found that the teachers use the following strategies as a teaching procedure; review material, read aloud, short task, presentation, motivating feedback and assignment. Although the parameter and the strategies have been used, ICT and digital skills have not been optimally been used in the English classes.
