Abstract
This research is a descriptive quantitative research on village fund policy and poverty alleviation in Terare DistrictEast LombokRegency year 2016‐2017 in supporting the implementation of regional autonomy. The variables used in this analysis is the village fund (DD) and allocation of village fund ADD) data inTerare District, East Lombok regency of 2016‐2017. The analytical tool used in this researchis multiple panel data regression. The results of panel data regression analysis chose the best model is the Common Effect Model, with DD variables not significantly influence the poverty rate and ADD variables significantly influence the poverty rate in Terara District. Adjusted R2 value of 0.52 or 52% of the village poverty variable in Terara Subdistrict is able to be explained by the vallage fundand allocation of village fund. Village fund and allocation of vallage fund has a negative coefficient, which means those each additional village fund and allocation of vallage fund will reduce poverty
