Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk : (1) mengetahui pemasaran Nanas di Kecamatan Masbagik, (2) mengetahui struktur biaya pada usahatani Nanas di Kecamatan Masbagik. (3) menganalisis break even point pada usahatani Nanas di Kecamatan Masbagik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah petani yang mengusahakan nanas di Kecamatan Masbagik Kabupaten Lombok Timur Metode pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner). Penentuan jumlah responden dilakukan secara quota sampling sebanyak 46 orang dan penentuan responden lembaga pemasaran dilakukan dengan metode snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Saluran pemasaran nanas di Kecamatan Masbagik melewati tiga saluran yakni: Saluran Pemasaran I : Petani –PPD –PAP, Saluran Pemasaran II : Petani –PAP, Saluran Pemasaran III : Petani –Pedagang Pengecer. (2) Struktur biaya usahatani nanas yaitu biaya variabel sebesar Rp 16.324.152/Hektar, biaya tetap sebesar Rp 1.462.680/Hektar dan total biaya produksi sebesar Rp 17.786.832/Hektar. (3) Besarnya break even point (BEP) produksi 2.359,16 Kg/Ha, BEP harga Rp 577,48/Kg dan BEP penerimaan Rp 2.713.035,48 The purpose of this study was to: (1) find out the marketing of pineapples in the Masbagik sub-district, (2) find out the cost structure of pineapple farming in the Masbagik sub-district. (3) analyzing the break even point on Pineapple farming in Masbagik District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The unit of analysis in this study were farmers cultivating pineapples in Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency. The primary data collection method was carried out through direct interviews using a questionnaire. Determination of the number of respondents was carried out by quota sampling of 46 people and the determination of marketing agency respondents was carried out by the snowball sampling method. The results showed that: (1) The pineapple marketing channel in Masbagik Sub-District went through three channels namely: Marketing Channel I: Farmers –PPD –PAP, Marketing Channel II: Farmers –PAP, Marketing Channel III: Farmers –Retailers. (2) The cost structure of pineapple farming is variable costs Rp. 16,324,152/Hectare, fixed costs Rp. 1,462,680/Hectare and total production costs Rp. 17,786,832/Hectare. (3) The production break even point (BEP) is 2,359.16 Kg/Ha, price BEP is IDR 577.48/Kg and revenue BEP is IDR 2,713,035.48
