Abstract

Kabupaten Lombok Tengah merupakan sentra produksi pangan keduadi NTB namun mengalami penyusutan lahan pertanian yang cukup tinggi akibat aktivitas pembangunan dan pengembangan kawasan pemukiman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui jumlah produksi tanaman pangan dan luas lahan minimal per kapita untuk sejahtera di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, menganalisis daya dukung lahan pertanian tanaman pangan serta kontribusinya terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah produksi tanaman panganKabupaten Lombok Tengah setara beras 613.558,70 kg atau setara kalori 2,20881133x 1012Kkaldan luas lahan minimal per kapita untuk sejahtera sebesar 0,057 ha/kapita/tahun. Kemampuan daya dukung lahan pertanian tanaman pangan sebesar 2,67 (tergolong tinggi) dan memberi kontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan petani sebesar 3,8 kali nilai Kebutuhan Fisik Minimum. entral Lombok Regency is the second center of food production in NTB but has experienced a fairly high depreciation of agricultural land due to developmentactivitiesresidential areas. This study aims to: determine the amount of food crop production and the minimum land area per capita so that the population is prosperous, to analyze the carrying capacity of agricultural land for food crops and their contribution to the welfare of farmer families. The results showed that the total production of food cropsin Central Lombok Regency was equivalent to rice 613,558.70 kg or equivalent to 2.20881133 x 1012Kcal and the minimum land area per capita for prosperity was 0.057 ha/capita/year. The carrying capacity of agricultural land for food crops is 2.67, this value classified as high, and giving a contribution to the welfare of farmers by 3.8 times the value of Minimum Physical Needs
