Abstract
entral Lombok Regency, which is dominated by dry land agriculture, is the second center for soybean production at the provincial level, however, farmers in Central Lombok are less interested in growing soybeans because it is detrimental. This condition reduces the amount of soybean production and strengthens dependence on imported soybeans. This study aims to evaluate the accelerated model of soybean self-sufficiency in dry land agricultural areas, Central Lombok Regency. The model trial on the assisted community groups aims to assess the accuracy of the roles and interactions of the model components to accelerate the achievement of soybean self-sufficiency in Central Lombok. The center for testing the model is the development of soybean-based agro-industrybecause it creates added value that improves the welfare of farming families and becomes a strong incentive for farmers to generate interest in soybean farming. Model development can open up new jobs in the field of input-output marketing of farming and agro-industry and generate income throughout the year. These economic benefits further strengthen the quality of soybean farming management by farmers so that there is an acceleration of soybean self-sufficiency, especially in Central Lombok Regency
