Abstract

The high rate of growth and increasing urbanization in various regions in Indonesia has resulted in the rate of physical development continuing to increase. This is also the case with the construction of public health facilities such as health centers which are built to support community needs. In addition to the role of the puskesmas to support the health needs of the community, of course this makes this facility always crowded and busy activities will produce waste and waste, so that the puskesmas' operating system must pay attention to the environment so as not to cause pollution with the presence of excessive waste because it can damage the environment and disrupt community activities. located in the vicinity of the health center. Planning the wastewater treatment plant unit (WWTP) at the Bayan Health Center, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency, the Aerob-Anaerobic biofilter method is used by considering several things, such as dimensions, volume, and depth to facilitate maintenance and empowerment activities. This plan is closely related to several data such as primary and secondary data, calculation of the dimensions of the WWTP unit, description of the WWTP design and calculation of the WWTP budget. The design of the wastewater treatment plant for planning at the Bayan Health Center consists of several processing tanks such as an oil and grease separator tub with dimensions of 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 1.5 m; equalization tub with dimensions of 4.0 m x 2.0 m x 1.5 m; initial settling tub with dimensions of 3.0 m x 1.5 m x 1.5 m; anaerobic biofilter tub with dimensions of 3.4 m x 2.0 m x 1.5 m; aerobic biofilter tub with dimensions of 2.6 m x 1.3 m x 1.5 m; and a final settling tank with dimensions of 2.4 m x 1.2 m x 1.5 m and a control tub with dimensions of 100 cm x 100 cm x 100 cm. As for the calculation of the structure of the WWTP unit building, it uses K250 concrete quality, and takes into account the quality and quantity through BOQ (Bill Of Quality) calculations so that an estimate of the estimated budget plan (EBP) needed for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant at the Bayan Health Center is obtained in the amount of Rp. 135,100,000.00
