Abstract
Educating is just one of the various things, and Dr Larabee as a teacher and coach has to perform all these various things for educating the pupils. A teacher is an individual in the classroom who has the proficiency, tools, and information necessary to edify young students. In this fast-evolving environment, there are many improvements in teaching methods and learning strategies. Aside from parents, teachers play an important role in fostering a child's interest in a subject or language. As a result, the teacher should become a learner by considering the issue and comprehending it, from a different point of view, before teaching kids and making them relevant in everyday life. By far, the role of teachers in the learning process is important to teach their students. Harmer (2007) states that teachers plays a major role in the teaching and learning process. The teaching and learning process is a process that contains a series of actions of teachers and students or the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in educational situations to achieve goals. The teacher has many tasks if the teacher's duties are grouped in the form of tasks in the professional field, humanitarian tasks, and tasks in the social field. The teacher's duties in the learning process include pedagogical tasks and administrative tasks. The pedagogical task is the task of guiding and leading. In the data identified, the researcher watched and identified the instances of expression related to the role of the teacher in teaching English Classified In this case, the researcher classified the kind of role of teacher use and classroom management in teaching English. Described After classifying the data, the researcher elaborated the trends by defining and exemplifying the role of the teacher concerning classroom management in teaching English Explained In this procedure, the data explained how educational and moral values implicated in building up the main figure’s character. In this section, the researcher obtained the result. After watching, understanding, and analyzing the movie. The researcher found that Akelah and Bee contained several types of teachers’ roles in classroom management which related to the theory of Uno, H. B., & Lamatenggo, N. 2016. The teachers’ roles found in the dialogue appropriate the measure of management in the classroom that had been defined previously. After the process of the data reduction, every teacher currently had the roles to manage their classroom such as the teacher as educator, lecturer, guide, director, coach, and evaluator. However, this research found five of the roles of teachers in Akeelah and Bee movies. Moreover, the data showed that most types of teachers’ roles occurred in the movies Akeelah and Bee. The teacher teaches the students by using the roles for the management of the classroom in ELT. The rapprochement was applied to the teacher that was shown in the Akeelah and Bee movie. Based on the result of data analysis, this study revealed the types of teachers’ roles in Akeelah and Bee Movie namely the teacher as educator, the teacher as lecturer, the teacher as guide, the teacher as director, and the teacher deliver the implication of education which discovered on Akeelah and Bee movie namely the teachers have roles and methods in the learning process to increasing students’ ability
