Abstract
This study aims to identify the variety and characteristics of feed and cover trees and spatial use patterns in both tree type, as well as to determine the characteristics and structure of long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) vegetation. Observation method of long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) habitat characteristic used in this research is Line Transect method with 500 m length and 50 m width, determination of observation object using Purposive Sampling method. Vegetation analysis using 20x20 m spotted stripe method at tree level and 10x10 m at pole level with 5% sampling intensity so as to produce 14 sample plots. The results of this study indicate that along the path to Lemor Springs, there are six species of long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) feed tree, feed tree diameter ranging from 20-80 cm, tree height ranging from 20-30 m and crown area ranging from 10 -120 m2 . While the cover trees numbered seven species, the diameter of the cover tree ranged from 40- 100 cm, the height of trees ranging from 20-30 m and the crown area ranged from 10-90 m2 .
