Abstract
Abstract – Steganography is a method to hide information using digital carrier to prevents unauthorized person from revealing information and share it to others. In this study, the n-bit LSB (Least Significant Bit) technique with delta encoding compression in RGB, YCbCr and HSI color space were compared to find the best technique combination. To evaluate quality of the stego images, MSE (Mean Square Error), PSNR (Peak Signal to-Noise Ratio), and questionnaire were done. Experimental results show that the two bit LSB with delta encoding compression in RGB color space was the best combination with the average percentage of imperceptibility test using likert scale 88.83%, 85.67%, 82.33%, and 85% for image, color, brightness and contrast similarity parameter, the average value of MSE 0.93 and PSNR 48,45 db.
