Abstract

Background: Damage to the liver can be caused by free radicals like CCl4. Sugar apple leaves (Annona squamosa L) contains flavonoids which are antioxidants and potentially protect the liver against damage. This study was conducted to determine the effect of sugar apple leaf extract (Annnona squamosal L) on SGOT and SGPT level of mice induced by CCl4
