Abstract

This paper entitled "Application Of Personal Hygene In The Food And Beverage Product" the goal to be achieved from the writing of this scientific paper is to find out important it is to implement personal hygiene in the kitchen area. Based on the results of observations and analysis conducted by the author for 3 months in the Food And Beverage Product Department in The Kuta Indah Hotel, the application of personal hygiene is the application of personal hygiene in the kitchen area in processing a meal, because personal hygiene is a very important thing to consider in the hospitality industry . Karya tulis ini berjudul “Penerapan Personal Hygiene Di Food And Beverage Product ” tujuan yang ingin di capai daripenulisn karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya penerapan personal hygene di area dapur. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan analisis yang dilakukan penulis selama 3 bulan dibagian Food And Beverage Product Department di Hotel The Kuta Indah penerapan personal hygiene adalah penerapan kebersihan diri di area dapur dalm mengolah suatu makan, karena kebersihan diri adalah hal yang sangat penting di perhatikan dalam industri perhotelan dan salah satu faktor yang dapat menimbulkan rasa pecaya pada konsumen akan mutu dan pelayan adalah dapur. Karena baik dan buruknya hotel salah satunya di tentukan pada mutu dan kualitas makanan yang di sajikan.
