Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of individual performance of work satisfaction state vocational high school teachers in West Lombok Regency, the influence of compensation non financial of work satisfaction of state vocational high school teachers in West Lombok Regency, the influence of motivation of work satisfaction state vocational high school teachers in West Lombok Regency, and the influence of individual performance, compensation non financial, and motivation of work satisfaction state vocational high school teachers in West Lombok Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, type of ex post facto. Data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The elements of sampling frame in this study were civil servant teachers of state vocational high school in West Lombok Regency. The results showed that: 1) individual performance has a positive and significant influence on work satisfaction of state vocational high school teachers in West Lombok Regency at 62.2%; 2) compensation non financial has a positive and significant International Journal of Economics, Commerce and Management, United Kingdom Licensed under Creative Common Page 413 influence on work satisfaction of state vocational high school teachers in West Lombok Regency at 43.4%; 3) motivation has a positive and significant influence work satisfaction of state vocational high school teachers in West Lombok Regency at 36%; 4) individual performance, compensation non financial and motivation have a positive and significant influence on work satisfaction of state vocational high school teachers in West Lombok Regency at 70.6%.
