Abstract
Purpose of the research is to describe: (1) leadership of policy to student in fostering discipline, (2) main factor of leadership of policy to student in fostering discipline, (3) inhibitor factor of headmaster policy to student in fostering discipline, (4) sanctions for undisciplin student. Research is using qualitative approach with descriptive methode. Result of this research is: 1) MTs. Al-Aziziyah Putra Gunungsari headmaster policy to student in fostering discipline among others: Giving a dorprize, Quran memorize deposit, free tuition, and future school recommended, 2) Headmaster policy pusher factor to student in fostering discipline: internal and external. 3) Headmaster policy inhibitor factor to student in fostering discipline : internal and external. 4) sanction for undiscipline student, a) sanction for student who breaking rules of school among others: oral rebuke, agreement letter, and moving student to another school, b) sanction for student who skip the class: repeat the class when it skip, c) sanction for student who don’t get the home work: get another homework,and d) sanction fot student who don’t have responsibility: get educational punishment.
