Abstract
Faculty of Engineering, University of Mataram (FT UNRAM) is the faculty that adopting appropriate technologies. Where it is consistent with the vision and mission of the Faculty of Engineering. But there are problems such as the difficulty of the user to accept changes from each process using manual methods to digital, slow teamwork, constrained by bureaucracy, infrastructure for services and facilities that are low. Therefore, the faculty of engineering needed information technology governance on these problems. This study uses the COBIT 4.1 framework and maturity level as a measure to determine the current conditions and expected conditions in the Faculty of Engineering. The expected conditions are at maturity levels 4 and 5. Some recommendations for improvements are expected to overcome the problems that occur.
