Abstract
At this time the department of Husbandry and Animal Health in West Nusa Tenggara is trying to keep abreast of development in applying IT, but there are some obstacles of IT which are there is no definition of IT management process and the lack of hardware maintanance periodicly. Therefore an analysis of IT governance is carried out to define the process and maintain information technology infrastructure. Based on the results of the analysis using the COBIT 4.1 framework method that use two IT processes, namely PO4 and AI3, the average maturity level is obtained at the present level at level 2 which are repeatable but intuitive, while the desired condition is at level 4 which are managed and measurable.
