Abstract

This research aim to determine levels of lymphocytes and physiological status of pre puberty female Bali cattle and the influence levels of lymphocytes to physiological status. The research method is divided into two stages, namely preparation and observation phase. In the preparation phase, preparing research materials. While the observation phase include respiratory examination, examination of the heart rate, rectal temperature examination, blood sampling, and observation of blood samples. Observations of blood samples obtained Bali cattle groups on average levels of 66.51 ± 6.35% lymphocytes with a number of 6.0 ± 1.39 x 103/μL. Results of the physiological status of the Bali cattle gained an average of 81 ± 14.62 beats per minute for heart rate, 19 ± 3.76 times per minute for the frequency of respiratory and 38.9 ± 0.420 0C for rectal temperature. Later analysis of the relationship between levels of lymphocytes to physiological status, including frequency of breathing, heart rate and rectal temperature obtained results are not significant (P> 0.05). So it can be said that the Bali cattle are not being exposed to or infected with disease due to physiological status and lymphocyte levels of the Bali cattle are still within the normal range.
