Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on organizational commitment at the NTB Province Testing and Calibration Health Laboratory (BLKPK) Hall. This research is an associative quantitative research, using secondary primary data sources. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques and data collection tools using questionnaires. The population in this study were all NTB Province BLKPK employees totaling 63 people. The data collection method used in this study is the census method and data analysis is done by multiple regression using the SPSS 20 for windows application. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
