Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, and job involvement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in contract employees of PT. Bank X Mataram. This type of research is associative causal. The data collection method used in this study is the Survey Method with a quantitative approach. Respondents of this study amounted to 74 respondents consisting of all contract employees of PT. Bank X Mataram. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that; (1) the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), seen from the tcount for the Motivation variable (X1) of 2,755 with a significance value of 0.007. (2) the variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), seen from the tcount for the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) of 2,146 with a significance value of 0,035. (3) the work involvement variable has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), seen from the tcount for the Job Engagement variable (X3) of 4,158 with a significance value of 0,000. Each of these variables is interrelated and in the same direction, meaning that the greater the motivation, job satisfaction, and employee engagement, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
