Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan customerrelationship managementdalam pengembangan positive word of mouthdi Yamaha Surya Inti Putra Mitra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi indepth interview terhadap responden, yaituinforman dari internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Hasil penggalian informasikemudian dianalisis menggunakaninteractive model analysisdari Milles danHuberman. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa semuakomponen pembentukvariabel Customer Relationship Managementyang terdiri dari CRM Strategis,CRMOperasional dan CRMAnalitis menstimulus terciptanya positive word of mouthterbukti dengan terlaksananya semua motifword of mouth.
