Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the comparison of voice service performance of each GSM provider (Telkomsel and Indosat) to the prevailing standard that refers to the same indoor performance standard at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara Province. In this case also compared the quality of measurement parameters Rx Lev, Rx Qual and Speech Quality Index (SQI). In this research using TEMS Investigation with static method. On the 1st floor the value of Rx Lev Telkomsel has an average value of 92.37 dBm and second floor of 85.46 dBm. While the value of Rx Lev for Indosat on the 1st floor has an average value of 92.37 dBm, while the second floor of 85.46 dBm. The value of Rx Qual on the 1st floor of Telkomsel has an average value of 9.78 and on the 2nd floor of 14.72. The value of Rx Qual on the 1st floor of Indosat has an average value of 11.24 and the second floor of 1.84. Next SQI value on the 1st floor of Telkomsel has an average value of 17.69, while the second floor is 25.13. The value of SQI on the 1st floor of Indosat has an average value of 29.24, while the second floor is 29.70. The value of attenuation (pathloss) and correction factor on the 1st floor of Telkomsel has an average value of 165.22 dB and 74.88 dB, while on the 2nd floor of 162.98 dB and 72.80 dB. The value of attenuation (pathloss) and correction factor on the first floor is 155.87 dB and 62.81 dB, while the second floor is 148.96 dB and 56,05 dB.
