Abstract

The research is entitled “Bank Indonesia Public Relations Strategy for NTB Province in the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Education Sector” which aims to find out how the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is carried out by Bank Indonesia Public Relations NTB Province in the field of education. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The technique of determining informants uses the Purposive Sampling Technique with the tendency of researchers to choose informants who are considered to know information, have a relationship with the object and know the problem in depth and can be trusted as the right source of data. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique and the data validity test in this study used source triangulation. The results showed that the PR strategy of Bank Indonesia NTB Province in implementing CSR in the education sector was divided into several indicators such as economic performance, environmental performance, labor and social performance. Each indicator has sub-indicators in the form of work programs, such as economic performance indicators of CSR implementation through the pesantrenbased Hebitren program, environmental performance indicators through mangrove planting programs and beach cleanliness, employment indicators through the Capacity Building program. , Bootcamp, Leadership Camp and Webinars, while the implementation of social performance indicators is through the Bank Indonesia Scholarship program for undergraduate level, Community Education Participation (PEP), BI Corner (reading corner), and the provision of educational equipment assistance for schools/foundations that require multimedia devices. in the teaching and learning process.
