There were three lectures used as the data in the form of videos and transcripts. The data were analyzed by identifying the generic structure and general linguistic features, classifying the types of codeswitching, and explaining the factors motivating it. The generic structures were opening (salam^kalam^introduction)^content^closing (open-up closing^salam). The linguistic features dominantly involved codeswitching; intersentential switching (6%), intrasentential switching (78%), and tag switching (16%).
