Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the correlation between organizational climate and school principal leadership with primary Teachers’ work satisfaction of the state pimary schools at Pringgarata District, Central Lombok, year 2016. The research population comprised 300 teachers in order to have representative samples. This researcher used solven method that comprised 94 people. The approach used in this research is questionnaire quantitative. The data are analysed using simple and doubled correlation and regression with F-test. Based on the data analyses it was found the hypothesis testing result of the correlation between organizational climate and teachers work satisfaction shows the coefficient R2 = 0,53 with tvalue (4,27) > ttable (1,99). The effect size of organizational climate and teachers’ work satisfaction is: 28,10 % and the correlation is indicted by regression equation Y=29,17 + 0,96X1, (2) the result of hypothesis testing about correlation between school principal leadership and teachers’ work satisfaction with coefficient R2 =0,33 with the tvalue (3,41) > ttable (1,99). The effect size of school principal leadership and teachers’ work satisfaction is 11,00 % and the correlation is indicted by regression equation Y= 56,96 + 0,45X2, and (3) the result of hypothesis testing about correlation between organizational climate, school principal leadership, and primary teachers’ work satisfaction is indicated by coefficient R2 = 0,52 with Fvalue (20,582) > Ftable (3,00). The effect size of school principal leadership and teachers’ work satisfaction is 31, 36 % and the correlation is indicate by regression equation Y= 20, 07 + 0,86X1 + 0,24X2. Shucs, it is concluded that the satisfaction of teachers can be abtained to works the increasing of principals leadership and organizational atmosphere.
