Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial compensation, promotion and co-workers on employee job satisfaction. The test was carried out at PT Excel Mitra Telecomindo MataramBranch with financial compensation, promotions and colleagues as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data collection method used in this study is the census method using primary data collected directly from the espondents using questionnaires. The type of research used is causality ssociative research using a quantitative approach with a total sample of 58 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that financial compensation, promotion and co-workers have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT Excel Mitra Telecomindo Mataram Branch. Research findings indicate that appropriate financial compensation, appropriate promotions and good coworkers can encourage employee job satisfaction. The existence of financial compensation, promotions and co-workers play an important role in achieving employee job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that employee job satisfaction needs to be supported by the feasibility of financial compensation, proper promotion and good co-workers to encourage employee loyalty and achieve company goals. Another important implication leads to the need for the company's full attention to other factors that can affect job satisfaction as a means of maintaining employee job satisfaction.
