Abstract

To build such a high building construction: multi-storey buildings, it takes a highly skilled workforce, experts in the field of construction, as well as the more important are the machines that are useful to assist and alleviate human labor. To lift the material automatically in capacity, range and a maximum lift height, the necessary tools as useful Gantry Crane for lifting and transporting goods or materials and structures so that the appointment with Gantry Crane is the most effective. For that in using the forklift is necessary to control so that the engine can be stabilized in lifting. In the development of this control system, it is necessary to design the control parameters such as PID control and the others put on the machine so that the machine can be controlled properly, and system simulation testing needs to be done to test the feasibility of such a machine. In the process of system testing is done by creating a simulation using Matlab and TMS (Texas Memory System) and stability analysis on a machine using stability analysis methods available such as: Root Locus method, Lyapunov and Routh Hurwitz.
