Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa, 2) untuk mengetahui hubungan pebelajaran inovatif dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa, 3) untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik dan pembelajaran inovatif dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis korelasi berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (questioner). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antaran kompetensi pedagogik guru dan pembelajaran inovatif dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas V SDN Gugus IX Praya.
