Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the outcomes of learning and motivation to learn chemistry in grade eleventh at MAN 2 Praya using chemopoly media and ranking of the materials colloidal system. This study uses a quasi-experimental research with pretest-posttest study design nonequivalent comparison group design. Sampling was done by using sampling techniques saturated because all populations are sampled. Data were collected using questionnaires and tests of learning outcomes. Questionnaires and achievement test used has met the validity and reliability. The analysis showed that the price of F to Hotelling Trace.x have a significance greater than 0.05 is equal to 0.869. That is, the price for the Hotelling Trace F insignificant, then Ho is accepted. Thus, there is no significant difference in learning outcomes and motivation to learn chemistry colloidal material between the students taught by chemopoly game media and game media ranking one. This is caused by both the media together - together to improve the activity and motivation of students that can affect the results of studying chemistry.
