Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value consisting of product performance and Value of Service to Customer loyalty PT. Pegadaian Branch Selong. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a tool of analysis in this study. The results showed partial and simultaneous variable performance value products and Value Service of significant influence on Loylitas customers at PT. Pegadaian Branch Selong. The most dominant variable to Loyalitas customers at PT. Pegadaian Branch Selong Performance Value is variable.
